Michael Messick
Mike has volunteered in Pennsville (NJ) Little League for 32 years, serving as a board member for 30 years. Currently, Mike is the Senior Umpire Instructor for Little League Umpire Clinics and Schools. Mike umpired in the 2001 Little League Baseball World Series, Senior Softball World Series in Kalamazoo, Mich He has umpired several Little League Major Division Baseball and Softball; and Senior Baseball and Softball region tournaments.

Dr. Michael Lantiere
Umpiring in the Little League program for 35 years, Dr. Lantiere has been Asst. Umpire in Chief for 20 years. During that period he has umpired the East Regional, the European Big League Regional, and the Little League World Series in Williamsport in 1995, including the final game. He is an instructor at the Eastern Region Umpire Schools. Dr. Lantiere was presented with the President’s Award for service to the Little League program,

William Carter
Little League Volunteer Umpire for 33 years for California District 11, Bill is currently the Umpire in Chief for Little League Baseball Western Region. He has instructed in rules and mechanics training throughout the Western Region since 1995 as well as umpired all levels of Little League Baseball and some levels of Softball including the Little League Baseball World Series in 2005. He has also umpired in the European Regional Tournament.

James Smith
Jim Smith started umpiring Little League Baseball and Softball games in 1982. He umpired the Senior Baseball World Series in 2002 and the Little League Baseball World Series in 2006. Jim is presently an Instructor at the Umpire School at Little League Headquarters and has been selected to work the 2010 Little League World Series as a replay official. Jim resides in Philadelphia, Pa.

Tom Rawlings
Tom has held the title of Umpire Consultant for Pennsylvania District 6 since 2008 and has volunteered as an umpire since 1992. Tom has umpired the 2007 Junior Baseball World Series in Taylor Mich., Pennsylvania Major and Junior Baseball State Tournaments, and the Europe Middle East and Africa and East Region Major Baseball Tournaments. Tom has been Assistant Instructor at the Little League Umpire clinics and schools in Williamsport since 2007.
